Start with the decision
A mattress may be too large for a passenger elevator or narrow stair turn. Tell the provider about stains, moisture, or suspected pests so they can decide how to handle it. Ask your property manager whether a freight elevator, reservation, or protective wrap is required. Keep the mattress inside until the pickup arrangement is confirmed.
